Technological advances have made molecular testing possible, allowing clinicians to identify the molecular differences between cancer cells and healthy cells. The development of this work aims to propose and develop a study on a marker (or pool of markers) that allows a diagnosis precise state of the pathology and if it is easily obtained through minimally invasive methods, we would be facing an ideal marker that would contribute to timely treatment promoting the quality of life of patients, we will talk about microRNAs, which are small RNAs that regulate the expression of your target genes through decreased expression of proteins encoded by these genes, by repression of translation and / or degradation of its mRNA. MiRNAs play a fundamental role in virtually all cellular processes including development, function and survival. miRNAs are as critical regulators of immune tolerance and autoimmunity, These are as potential new therapeutic targets for the treatment of multiple diseases. |

Cada tipo de cáncer presenta un grupo único de cambios moleculares en las células cancerosas. Los avances tecnológicos han hecho posible las pruebas moleculares, lo cual permite a los médicos identificar las diferencias moleculares entre las células cancerosas y las células sanas. El desarrollo de este trabajo tiene como finalidad proponer y desarrollar un estudio sobre un marcador (o pool de marcadores) que permita tener un diagnóstico preciso del estado de la patología y si este es de fácil obtención a través de métodos poco invasivos, estaríamos ante un marcador ideal que contribuiría con un tratamiento a tiempo promoviendo la calidad de vida de los pacientes, hablaremos de los microRNA que son pequeños ARNs que regulan la expresión de sus genes diana a través de la disminución de expresión de las proteínas codificadas por dichos genes, mediante represión de la traducción y/o degradación de su ARNm. Los miRNAs juegan un papel fundamental en virtualmente todos los procesos celulares incluyendo desarrollo, función y supervivencia. los miRNAs son como reguladores críticos de la tolerancia
