Summary:The purpose of this project was to design a management and accounting support manual for the administrators of the hotels and restaurants near the natural reserve La Cabaña in Arcabuco, Boyacá. We have carried out field research in the area of the natural reserve, observing deficiencies that exist in a notorious way regarding the accounting and administrative processes that must be carried out. The compilation of the information was through the technique of surveys directed towards the owners and managers of the hotels and restaurants, which serve as a guide to carry out the manual that will help to carry out said accounting and administrative processes, which I determine according to the diagnosis the favorable and unfavorable factors to do in daily work and that made it possible to establish the objectives to be achieved. When knowing the results of the diagnosis made, it is carried out with the creation of a managerial and accounting support manual, which as its objective is to contribute to the community that guides and can be of added value to the use of their capacities and their competencies in using it. their processes of the service they offer like restaurant and hotels.
