Propuesta de guía metodológica de programa de capacitación y entrenamiento para el área de mantenimiento mecánico automotriz en garantía por concepto de reparación de la empresa ion servicios de ingeniería S.A.S.

The following research project refers to the “Design of a training and training plan for the automotive mechanical maintenance area of the company ion servicios de Ingeniería s.a.s; The problem addressed is that of the guarantees that are generated by the concept of repairs due to labor, which have generated impacts at an economic level and therefore on the productivity, quality and usefulness of the company. In order to comply with this research project, five objectives were established that include the identification of the types of guarantees for repair, the definition of criteria for the design of the training and training plan based on models, the structuring of the training plan and training, the definition of kpi´s for measuring the efficiency of the training and training plan and finally the selection of the coaching method for the development of the training and training plan.
