Summary:In this research project it was thought to see the lacks that companies commonly have in Colombia, since we are in a globalized era these companies in their desire to grow or expand their productivity leave aside important aspects that go hand in hand with economic growth in this case the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) , for the development of this document worked with the company Distriagro LTDA established since 2004 and established in the municipality of Puerto Gaitán of the Meta des department of 2011, currently has 16 employees and have a risk assessment by ARL de I. For which it was established to do the research under the minimum SG-SST standards present in resolution 0312 2019, which is the one that dictates according to the number of workers and level of risk, the standards that organizations must meet in the national territory, through a standards assessment matrix where a self-assessment is made to measure the percentage of compliance with the SGSST.
