Summary: | This research analyzes the implementation of an outsourcing model for the outsourcing of production and export activities of technological products from Colombia, reviewing the progress of subcontracting processes in the country, as well as the advantages and disadvantages that this instrument can have for companies dedicated to this productive line. The subject of study is relevant because the production of products with content Technological constitutes an emerging activity in the country, with a high development potential. Initially, the degree of use of outsourcing in Colombia was reviewed in general, which has focused mainly on the outsourcing of service activities, which in the communications area, it is mainly linked to customer service centers. However, since the objective is related to the production processes and export, the study finally focuses on the feasibility and applicability analysis of an outsourcing model aimed at the production and export of products with technological content; that is, products or articles that in their production and functionality contain technology, benefiting the consumer through technological innovation |
