El presente trabajo busca dar a conocer las actividades que realicé durante el desarrollo de la pasantía adelantada en la Universidad Antonio Nariño como auxiliar en el área de la investigación, donde específicamente estuve realizando actividades relacionadas con el estudio de la renovación del Registro Calificado exigido por el Decreto 1330 de 2019, el cual reglamenta el Registro Calificado, la oferta y desarrollo de programas académicos de Educación Superior donde el Ministerio de Educación Nacional por medio del Sistema De Aseguramiento de la Calidad de Educación Superior se encarga de verificar y validar los requisitos para ofrecer y desarrollar el programa de postgrado de la Especialización de Derecho Administrativo y Procedimiento Administrativo por parte de la Universidad Antonio Nariño en la sede Neiva;
