Description
Summary:This research work is carried out in order to describe the profile of group stress that is manifested in civilian workers of the Battalion of support and service intention for combat No. 21, which performs maintenance tasks of machinery for the production of military intention , taking into account, the identification of risk and protective factors against work-related stress, evidenced in the use of coping strategies, social support networks, type A behaviors and stressors such as: family, health, financial, environmental and social. The data analyzed show that the most representative stressors as risk factors perceived by the population are environmental problems related to the conditions of the environment and place of work, financial problems and the balance of work time, family. Thus, dissatisfaction with respect to social support networks at work and the low frequency of using effective coping strategies to manage stress are observed.
