Description
Summary:This project is an automation proposal for an industrial cassava grating machine, supplied by the Antonio Nariño University, to optimize the productivity and eTTiciency process. Given the educational context oT this project, a descriptive research type oT work was carried out, through the review oT research documents such as undergraduate papers and scientific journals on the subject. A direct observation of the state oT the machine was made to carry out the diagnosis. Information was consulted with other people (teachers involved in the construction oJ the machine), to later obtain the information that allowed the construction and design oT the proposal for the automation oT the grating machine, this automation process consists oT the following methodology: Step 1 It consists oJ the description oJ the system implemented for automation where the electrical system with PLC was designed manually and loaded into the CADe-SlMU simulator, and tests were carried out to verify its operation. In Step 2, the PLC and its programming were chosen, which took into account the ape and brand Jar its selection, since it complies with the characteristics and perlormance parameters required for its optimal use, it was programmed and made tests on a Ladder diagram. And Step 3 whiCh describes the step by step oJ the electrical panel assembly, system assembly and final tests.
