Utilizando las herramientas adquiridas a lo largo de la carrera profesional para desarrollar una serie de análisis que den como finalidad un plan de negocios organizado, rentable y tanto eficiente como eficaz; De esta manera examinar la creación de una empresa innovadora, la cual brinde productos sanos y saludables a los consumidores y que al mismo tiempo satisfaga las necesidades gustativas de cada individuo.
