description	The main objective of this research article is to propose to entrepreneurs in the flower growing sector of the municipality of Cerinza, Boyacá, conditions for formalization that allow companies that are in informality to go into formality, through its application, since, it is essential to inquire about the causes for this phenomenon that is very high at the business level in the country, generating a problem that should have a greater degree of attention from the government, given that it is affecting both State, through the lower collection of taxes, as the workers of these establishments, since their working conditions are not ideal because they do not receive all the benefits to which they are entitled. The methodology used during the development of the research was the use of secondary sources of information such as: databases, indexed journal articles, degree theses, among others. The results of the research allow us to observe that business formalization brings a good number of benefits, such as: easier access to credit, increased tax collection by the State and working conditions that favor workers.

The results of the research allow us to observe that business formalization brings a good number of benefits, such as: easier access to credit, increased tax collection by the State and working conditions that favor workers.El objetivo principal del presente artículo de investigación es proponer a los empresarios del sector floricultor del municipio de Cerinza, Boyacá unas condiciones para la formalización que les permitan a las empresas que se encuentran en la informalidad pasar a la formalidad, mediante su aplicación, ya que, es indispensable indagar acerca de las causas por las cuales se presenta este fenómeno que a nivel empresarial en el país es muy alto, generando una problemática que debe tener un mayor grado de atención por parte del gobierno, dado que se está afectando tanto al mismo Estado, por medio de la menor recaudación de impuestos, como a los trabajadores de estos establecimientos, puesto que sus condiciones laborales no son las ideales porque no reciben todas las prestaciones a las que tienen derecho. La metodología utilizada durante el desarrollo de la investigación fue la utilización de fuentes secundarias de información como: bases de datos, artículos de revistas indexadas, tesis de grado, entre otros. Los resultados de la investigación permiten observar que la formalización empresarial trae un buen número de beneficios, como: el acceso a créditos con mayor facilidad, aumento de recaudo de impuestos
