But, as the Facility Manager has commented, such tasks require extensive manual verification. In turn, it is not possible to carry out a correct monitoring of the sales made, due to the software that it currently has, since, despite being expensive, it presents inconsistencies in the information it records. Reason why, a software capable of responding to the unique needs of the business was developed, starting with the deficiencies of the previous system. It was necessary to establish a module in charge of the information corresponding to the management of inventories, being part of this, the control of expiration dates, it was also necessary to carry out the control of user access and record of sales made. For this, a methodology focused on monitoring specific stages was implemented, which are; requirements survey, conceptual model, navigational model, abstract interface model and implementation. This based on the OOHDM methodology.La empresa DROGUERIA SEGEN G&R es una organización en crecimiento, ubicada estratégicamente en el barrio Betania de la ciudad de Bogotá, cuyo depósito de productos se encuentra en constante actualización, pues, requiere registrar los productos nuevos, o retirarlos por motivos de venta o próximo vencimiento. Pero, tal como ha comentado el Administrador del establecimiento, tales tareas requieren de labores exhaustivas de verificación manual. A su vez, no es posible llevar un correcto seguimiento de las ventas realizadas, debido al software con el que actualmente cuenta, pues, pese a ser costoso, presenta inconsistencias en la información que registra. Motivo por el cual, se desarrolló un software capaz de dar respuesta a las necesidades únicas del negocio, iniciando por las deficiencias del sistema anterior. Fue necesario establecer, un módulo encargado de la información correspondiente a la gestión de inventarios, siendo parte de este, el control de fechas de vencimiento, también se debió realizar el control de acceso de usuarios y registro de ventas realizadas. Para esto, se implementó una metodología enfocada en el seguimiento de etapas específicas, las cuales son; levantamiento de requerimientos, modelo conceptual, modelo navegacional, modelo de interfaz abstracta y la implementación.
