Summary:The following work of degree answers to the need of investigate about the facts that determine the entry of the teenagers to the consumption of psychoactive subtance(SPA, by its acronym in Spanish) and to the micro-traffic, through different workshops applied to the population of seventh grade, basic secondary of the Paulo Freire I.E.D. School. Likewise it supports the project that the school has been carrying with the UNESCO and the education secretary which seeks through exercising and strengthening life skills, reducing the consumption of SPA, in the case of the project, supports the work by the workshops to reinforce the ability " decision making" since it is one of those indicated for the teenagers age. Taking into consideration the contingency presented by the Covid-19, a pilot test was carried out with the seventh grade students from the Santiago Felipe High School which allowed a basis based on experience for the application of the strategy in the District School Paulo Freire I.E.D
