Summary:The exposed problems have a sequential, concise and coherent order of what this degree work actually intends; then there is a general objective which are to analyze and implement a business plan for the production, marketing and distribution of fruit cheeses through a financial feasibility study that allows generating profitability and cost reduction in the YOMEK company located in San José del Guaviare. The specific objectives are to prepare a market study of manufacturing costs for the 3 lines of cheese that you want to implement in the company YOMEK; Identify the market segment, verifying the presentations that will have greater accessibility for the sale of the new product; carry out the respective surveys in San José del Guaviare and Acacías Meta, to the population of all strata; Create a cost model to evaluate the effectiveness of the production of the three lines of fruit cheeses; In addition, the tentative question to carry out the project initiative is, will it be feasible to make an investment for the production, commercialization and distribution of fruit cheeses inside and outside of San José del Guaviare? On the other hand, the methodological design will be the stratified probabilistic sampling and the instrument to be measured will be the surveys directed to (80) eighty people who reside in San José del Guaviare and Acacías Meta. Above all, the ideal is to obtain pertinent and truthful answers to classify, tabulate and graph the data, establishing the suggested conclusions and recommendations that the object of study shows.
