| Summary: | This proposal presents the development of each of the activities implemented throughout the internship to solve the problems that the Fast Terminal Company presents with respect to the inspection process of the product they handle. Once the need for improvement has been identified, an acknowledgment of all the functions carried out within this area is carried out, information, data and files are reviewed, and a work schedule is established in order to prepare the report within the established dates. The work focused on the restructuring of the information system for the proper inspection of the vehicles that arrive at the Fast Terminal company, which was determined after an exhaustive analysis of the historical data presented in recent years and the tasks carried out within the Full Inspection Check In process. Each of the activities carried out reinforces the knowledge acquired during the course of the degree and molds it to the challenges of the labor field, more specifically in the identification of difficulties to which the processes are exposed on a daily basis and to implement effective solutions before there are factors that cannot be controlled. |
