Summary:Nowadays, companies are partnering every day and sharing their knowledge on environmental care, in some more than others the generation of this waste has been a big problem, but dealing with this means an investment that some do not want to make alone They look for the cheapest without knowing what the future consequences of this are. However, this research is based on the design of a financial strategy for benefits based on the collection of solid waste generated by the Antonio Nariño University at its headquarters in Puerto Colombia. With the inadequate management that is carried out, it is time to worry; It is quite worrying to know that there is no proper management of said waste, there is no evidence of the same management and in the sites where said elements are collected there are bad odors due to the decomposition of certain elements. It should be noted that as a first measure in Chapter I, an adequate diagnosis will be made to the handling carried out by the people who are involved in the process of collecting and separating these elements. Secondly, with the design of a system for the management of solid waste at the Antonio Nariño University, it will be possible to have certainty that these advances in environmental and financial matters. Finally, by developing a financial strategy which will add value to these wastes and making them renewable and usable with the environment and society
