Summary:One of the most frequent damages that occur in the aluminum wheels used by motorcycles is their plastic deformation, caused by different causes, the most significant one being the poor condition of the tracks. The Moto Flash workshop in the municipality of Gigante, provides services for the repair of all types of motorcycles, which consists of the basic repair of wheels using hammers, dies and overstress by the operator. In this way, the quality and restoration of the conditions of the RIN are not fully achieved. The main objective of the proposed project is the Design of a motorcycle wheel alignment machine using CAD tools. Through the application of the Solid works software, all the impacts suffered by the wheels were simulated and a proposal was made for an alignment machine, which in a short period of time with a higher quality, restored its functions for its correct operation.
