Summary: | In crops such as beans, manual planting systems entail additional costs arising from additional labor, low productivity and increased time in the process of planting beans. The existence of technologies that use advanced systems for planting is only available to those producers with greater economic capacity, affecting small producers. To solve these problems, a proposal for a "Prototype of a dosing machine for bean sowing in the Llamarada de La Plata (Huila) farm" was developed. The research is of an exploratorydescriptive and phased type. The evaluation of prototypes is carried out based on a morphological matrix. As a result, the design of a prototype of a bean sowing machine is proposed, which contributes to reduce the sowing time from 2.2 min to 0.40 min for the hole laying, sowing and covering, representing an increase in productivity of 81.2 % Keywords: Bean, dosing machine, stress, displacement, safety factor, safety factor |
