Summary:This project is carried out for the company ASESORÍAS Y SUMINISTROS DEL SUR SAS in the city of Neiva and is considered as a necessity for the improvement of quality in the production process, since up to now the organization is projected towards quality certification. Current situation that requires greater technological alternatives to achieve this purpose, implement a continuous improvement model, specifically at the base, the closure and the management of the cabin used for the injection of nitrogen (2) in fire extinguishers of different types, therefore Therefore, the general objective is proposed in order to establish an improvement in the fire extinguisher charging base system for the company in the declaration, in such a way that it modifies the current static system to one of greater productivity due to the pneumatic form implemented . Topics related to pneumatic theory will be addressed, which, as is well known, is aimed at providing an automatic actuation of a device by means of a fluid under pressure (air). The system is made up of a rotating body (tubes), cylinder or pneumatic piston, connecting rod-crank system, bearing, base, balls and guides or rings with bearing.
