There are very few treatments for this disease and the results are modest, so your study is necessary for the development of new therapies. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of low doses of ethanol in cancer cells with different dosage schedules and to determine the rate of expression of the gene α-synuclein. It shows that there is a decrease in the expression of α-synuclein in the treatments with ethanol.El uso crónico del alcohol se ha relacionado con cambios importantes en la expresión de ɑ-sinucleína, alterando el sistema de recompensa y generando daño neuronal y mitocondrial. Existen muy pocos tratamientos para esta enfermedad y los resultados son modestos, por lo que su estudio es necesario para el desarrollo de nuevas terapias. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el efecto de bajas dosis del etanol en células cancerígenas con diferentes esquemas de dosificación y determinar la tasa de expresión del gen de ɑ-sinucleína.
