| Summary: | This research measured the organizational climate of Espacio y Mercadeo company, located in Bogota. The most important contributions of this research allows that workers look jobs for companies where the level of demand is low and where they may have job stability, rather than demand and labor challenges. The nature of research is quantitative and through this is intended to make an objective analysis of the variables of OC. For data collection, an instrument with 56 questions covering was built and was aplied to 19 people randomly chosen from the five departments within the company. The data were systematized using SPSS software. |
