There are very particular means of transport and are considered cultural heritage, as it is on this occasion, a peculiar means of transport and that exists in a few parts of the world, “The Bus Ladder or Chiva” as it is called in these cities to refer to these vehicles. In this way, taking into account the objective of this research, finding and studying the factors, the importance and consequences of this means of transport to the city and society. Therefore, in order to solve the problems and consequences that are found below, an architectural project of the expansion of the current transport terminal is proposed to incorporate the bus or escalator type of chiva and agricultural trade in order to solve the problem. The inconveniences found and in the same way tie the positive factors that carry this means of transport to rural communities. This in order to provide security to the users of this means of transport to the owners of these vehicles and to the passers-by who passed through these sectors, in addition to a spatial order for the organization of these activities. |

This in order to provide security to the users of this means of transport to the owners of these vehicles and to the passers-by who passed through these sectors, in addition to a spatial order for the organization of these activities.En el mundo existe una inmensa variedad de medios de transporte que son importantes para la movilidad del día a día de las ciudades o comunidades, estas han ido avanzando tecnológicamente con el fin de mantener la comodidad a los usuarios y ofrecer una mejor calidad de servicio y consigo también avanza en la adecuación de los puntos de recogida donde iniciara su viaje al punto de destino. Hay medio de transporte muy particulares y son considerados patrimonio cultural, como lo es en esta ocasión, un medio de transporte peculiar y que existe en pocas partes del mundo, “El Bus escalera o Chiva” como se le denomina en estas ciudades para referirse a estos vehículos. De esta manera teniendo en cuenta hacia qué objetivo se dirige esta investigación, encontrando y estudiando los factores, la importancia y consecuencias que contrae este medio de transporte a la ciudad y a la sociedad. Por ende, para dar solución a los problemas y consecuencias que se encontraran a continuación se propone un proyecto arquitectónico de la ampliación del terminal de transporte actual para incorporar el medio de transporte tipo bus escalera o chiva y comercio agrícola con el fin de dar solución a los inconvenientes encontrados y de igual forma amarrar los factores positivo que llevan consigo este medio de transporte a las comunidades rurales. Esto con el fin de brindar seguridad a los usuarios de este medio de transporte a los propietarios de estos vehículos y a los transeúntes que transitaban por estos sectores, además de un orden
