Therefore, this research has a mixed approach, where information was collected quantitatively and qualitatively, through interviews, study of data from different authors and figures from official sources, also, the urban area of Neiva is analyzed, some areas of influence and references at national and Latin American level, in order to filter the main tools and strategies implemented.

Therefore, this research has a mixed approach, where information was collected quantitatively and qualitatively, through interviews, study of data from different authors and figures from official sources, also, the urban area of Neiva is analyzed, some areas of influence and references at national and Latin American level, in order to filter the main tools and strategies implemented.El presente investigación de trabajo de grado de la carrera arquitectura inscrito en la línea de investigación urbano sectorial, está orientado en el déficit de vivienda de la ciudad de Neiva, el cual afecta el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad, debido que, al no contar con un hogar, un gran número de familias se radican en asentamientos informales, conviviendo en unas condiciones precarias, donde no cuentan con los servicios básicos, de saneamiento, espacios de oció y recreación, los cuales son muy importantes para la salud mental y física de las personas.
