Throughout the academic process, the emotional instability of young people can be evident, and they are linked to a problem to which the required importance is not given, given that in recent years suffering from a love breakup has become normalized, and If there are no adequate tools, it is necessary to identify the main factor of the somatic symptoms that this rupture generates by not being coped with in the correct way. The semi-structured interview (Scheele & Groeben, 1988), Likert (Likert, 1932) scale and direct observation are the instruments that were carried out for the qualitative research. Which responded to the stated objectives. The interview was conducted with 3 people who experienced grief due to romantic separation. It was possible to verify how grief in emotional breakups is a psychosomatic trigger in human beings, triggering general anxiety, physical and emotional damage, isolating people, thus affecting their interpersonal relationships.

It was possible to verify how grief in emotional breakups is a psychosomatic trigger in human beings, triggering general anxiety, physical and emotional damage, isolating people, thus affecting their interpersonal relationships.En el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito, investigar sobre el impacto de las rupturas afectivas, utilizando herramientas para identificar el desencadenante y así lograr mitigar el detonante de las condiciones psicosomáticas a causa de la ausencia amorosa. A lo largo del proceso académico se puede evidenciar la inestabilidad emocional de los jóvenes, y se lleva ligado a una problemática a la cual no se le da la importancia requerida, dado que en los últimos años se ha normalizo el sufrir una ruptura amorosa, y no se cuenta con las herramientas adecuadas, se requiere identificar el principal factor de los síntomas somáticos que esta ruptura genera al no ser sobrellevada de la forma correcta. La entrevista semi estructurada (Scheele & Groeben, 1988), escala de Likert (Likert, 1932) y la observación directa, son los instrumentos que se llevaron a cabo para la investigación cualitativa. El cual se les dieron respuesta a los objetivos planteados. La entrevista fue realizada a 3 personas que vivenciaron el duelo por separación amorosa.
