Summary:This degree work presents the creation and design of a pedagogical primer that addresses the categories' otherness, emotions and conflicts, as a conceptual tripartite that allows understanding the integrality of the phenomenon and the social problems of exclusion and violent conflicts in which some contexts are found educational. Likewise, the tripartite allows recognizing options to transform the identified problem, from the different dimensions of the human being (integral perspective).
