Colombia.PropiaESDU Internship Report, is the non-domestic public service company in the city of Duitama, public and decentralized company of the municipal order, entity where I made my practice or internship by part as a student of Law at the University Antonio Nariño, which I presented report last August this year. This is a highly enriching experience and at the same time very valuable because of the opportunity to study public law and state contracts in depth, taking into account that Esdu is in charge of managing different establishments such as the marketplace or supply center, the old transport terminal, the agricultural fairground, the animal husbandry center or the meat packing plant, among others. Being part of the Esdu team allowed me to interact at the same time with the different customers, merchants and users that are involved in the services provided in these different establishments. State contracting is a fairly broad topic in legal matters, Law 80 of 1993 and Law 1150 of 2007, which promote such contracting by imposing rules that provide efficiency and transparency for the same management of public resources of the state. While it is true that Esdu fulfills an essential task for the development of the municipality allowing commercial activities as important as being the channel between traders and consumers of products basic items in the family basket such as fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, spices etc. and protein represented in beef and various livestock. It is a great cycle of activities that come and go between the different traders and Sdu, who intermediate so that these activities are carried out in the best possible social framework. For me as a UAN student intern, it was a great privilege to be able to make at least a temporary part of this exercise to guide the user, the consumer in the correct provision and use of services, and the merchant in the correct state contract agreed with Esdu. For all of them to emphasize their rights and duties established by national law to these activities.El 10 DE Diciembre del 2020, se realizo la aprobación de la pasantía realizada en Esdu Alcaldia de DUITAMA.Informe Pasantía ESDU, Es la empresa de servicios públicos no domiciliarios de la ciudad de Duitama, empresa publica y descentralizada del orden municipal, entidad donde realice mi practica o pasantía por parte como estudiante de Derecho de la Universidad Antonio Nariño, del cual presente informe el pasado mes de agosto del presente año. Experiencia altamente enriquecedora y a su vez muy valiosa por la oportunidad de profundizar en el derecho público y contratación estatal, teniendo en cuenta que Esdu, se encarga de administrar diferentes establecimientos como son la plaza de mercado o centro de abastos, terminal de transportes antiguo, plaza de ferias agropecuarias, centro de aprovechamiento animal o frigorífico entre otros. El poder hacer parte del equipo de Esdu me permitió interactuar a la vez con los diferentes clientes, comerciantes y usuarios que se desenvuelven en torno a los servicios que se prestan en estos diferentes establecimientos. La contratación estatal es un tema bastante amplio en materia jurídica, Ley 80 de 1993 y Ley 1150 del 2007, las cuales promueven dicha contratación imponiendo normas que brindan eficacia y transparencia para el mismo manejo de los recursos públicos del estado. Si bien es cierto Esdu cumple una labor esencial para el desarrollo del municipio permitiendo actividades comerciales tan importantes como lo son ser el canal entre los comerciantes y consumidores de los productos básicos de la canasta familiar como son las frutas, verduras, cereales, leguminosas, especias etc. y proteína representada en la carne de res y diferentes ganados. Es un gran ciclo de actividades que van y vienen entre los diferentes comerciantes y esdu, quien intermedia para que estas actividades se lleven a cabo en el mejor marco social posible. Para mí como estudiante Pasante de la UAN, fue un gran privilegio poder hacer parte al menos temporal de este ejercicio el poder guiar al usuario, al consumidor en la correcta prestación y utilización de los servicios, y al comerciante en la correcta contratación estatal pactada con Esdu.
