Summary:In the world, countries today are joining efforts to reduce the carbon footprint on the planet, to which the Colombian state has joined and is doing so from different fronts, one of them is the massive implementation of electricity generation systems. environmentally friendly electrical energy, among which the generation of energy through Solar or Photovoltaic technology stands out. Given the above and in order to contribute from the academy to the massification of this global and national effort, the template presented here is developed, which seeks to be a useful and reliable tool for people of any social stratum in the country who are interested in Evaluate the financial feasibility of implementing a solar generation system for self-consumption without the sale of surpluses in your residence. The template developed here was designed taking into account the characteristics of the Colombian residential sector energy market.
