Summary:The farinograph is an equipment that works under rheological principles, and as a result the characteristics of wheat flour are acquired before its baking process. The laboratory of the company Bimbo in Tenjo-Cundinamarca has an outdated farinograph that makes the farinogram by means of ink and letter size paper, in addition the equipment was diagnosed as obsolete by the company to which it was acquired, for this reason the Bimbo company made the determination to provide the team as an undergraduate project work option, in which students from the faculty of Electromechanics of the Antonio Nariño University, will carry out a technological update to the farinograph, in which develop various objectives to provide a functional and useful tool to Bimbo's laboratory in Tenjo-Cundinamarca.
