Summary:The SARS COV-19 infection was detected in the Asian continent, more specifically in the country of China, in 2019, after which it had a rapid proliferation worldwide, during the year (2020), in which it arrived in Colombia. . After the arrival of the virus in the country, it entered a social, financial and educational crisis. “The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) revealed that in the year in which the covid-19 crisis broke out, a total of 53,291 companies in the capital had to close. (LR THE REPUBLIC, 2021). According to the previous report, companies would have to face great financial pressure, which would possibly lead to massive closures, dismissal of workers and implementation of new technological employability strategies.
