Summary:Dentistry services have brought with them an intrinsic need to improve beauty treatment models and body aesthetics among the general population, dental maintenance involves the development of a series of activities aimed at maintaining and preserving the health of the individual to the extent possible. that quality procedures and added value are ensured. Competition in the local market of the city of Santa Marta imposes a major challenge, dental laboratories articulate a series of procedural frameworks of an optimized and standardized nature seeking to guarantee the provision of a reliable service; For this type of procedures, the entrepreneur of this project is moved by his skills in dental mechanics and dentistry, with studies completed in the first field and partial in the second of them. The present study uses a mixed recognition method, adopting a qualitative - quantitative scheme, carrying out investigative procedures through secondary and primary tools, allowing the formulation of actions based on technical - operational assumptions for the assembly of the present proposal of business under real scenarios.
