Summary:This project arises as an initiative for binding research processes carried out by the Antonio Nariño University from the seedbed of nanotechnology for the extraction of oils by means of nanotechnological cloths that have special characteristics from their molecular structure; In this case, the absorption and separation of oils present in the water, giving the possibility of implementing it in processes for the pretreatment of wastewater generated in gastro bars and restaurants by washing the elements used for the preparation and ingesting the different foods that are make present in these places.
