Summary: | This project presents a proposal for the evaluation of a management system based on the NTC-ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 update of an environmental laboratory focused on studies of atmospheric emissions in fixed sources. Bearing in mind that they must consider the calculation of the uncertainty of analysis for the valid presentation of their results. For the case study, a diagnosis was made with the purpose of evaluating the degree of compliance based on the normative update that ISO / IEC 17025 had, which focuses on how laboratories should take into account the contributions of the uncertainty of analysis. in their results, by means of a decision rule when they issue a statement of compliance; It was evidenced that there was no defined decision rule, which is why a mechanism is formulated, which allows establishing a Binary decision rule with a safety zone, taking into account the uncertainty of analysis for the laboratory under study. In addition, a confirmation was carried out in the laboratory under controlled conditions to support the analyzes carried out in this study and thus guarantee the continuous and permanent improvement of the evaluated management system. |
