In both cases, the mathematical model was obtained using experimental identification through Output Error. The best model is used for the controller Proportional Integral design in order to control the relative humidity in the drying chamber of a solar dryer for wood energy storage in water. Finally, the simulation and practical implementation of the dryer controlled are presented.En este trabajo se realizó el diseño e implementación de un experimento para la identificación experimental de dos prototipos de Secadores Solares para Madera: con Aporte Solar Térmico y con Almacenamiento de Energía en Agua. Se efectuó la identificación experimental mediante el método Error de Salida y se mostró la validación de ambos modelos. A partir del mejor modelo obtenido se desarrolla el diseño de un controlador Proporcional Integral para el control de humedad relativa en la cámara de secado de un Secador Solar para Madera con Almacenamiento de Energía en Agua, obteniendo el comportamiento de la humedad relativa deseado, lo cual se refleja en los resultados de simulación que se muestran.
