Methodology: descriptive observational validation study. The questionnaire on the use or disuse of expired resin in dental practice was applied to 5 dental judges specializing in biomaterials and dental aesthetics. Using the Delphi method, the questionnaire consists of 14 questions divided into 4 dimensions using the methodology of Hernández Nieto from 2002 which assesses clarity, coherence, relevance and sufficiency of each question asked, rating from 1 to 4 according to its characteristics. Results: when conducting the first evaluation by the judges, questions 6 and 8 did not comply with the CVC, it presents an initial CVC of 0.57 and 0.62, respectively, which is below the recommended value of 0, 8. It was also evidenced that questions 9 and 14 presented the highest CVC with 1.00, followed with 0.99 questions 4 and 11. The observations of the experts included eliminating some response options (question 2, 8, 10) improving the structure in the question or the answers (3, 4, 6, 7) or leave it as it was initially (1, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14). Conclusions: the content of a questionnaire with 14 questions was validated by experts where the use and disuse of expired composite resins in dental practice with a CVC> 0.9 is evaluated. Metodología: estudio observacional descriptivo de validación. Se aplicó a 5 jueces odontólogos especialistas en biomateriales y estética dental, el cuestionario sobre el uso o desuso de la resina vencida en la práctica odontología. Utilizado el método Delphi, el cuestionario consta de 14 preguntas dividas en 4 dimensiones empleando la metodología de Hernández Nieto del 2002 el cual evalúa claridad, coherencia, relevancia y suficiencia de cada pregunta realizada calificando de 1 a 4 de acuerdo con sus características. Resultados: al realizar la primera evaluación por parte de los jueces, las preguntas 6 y 8 no cumplieron con el CVC, este presenta un CVC inicial de 0,57 y 0,62, respectivamente, que está por debajo del valor recomendado de 0,8. También se evidenció que la pregunta 9 y 14 presentaron el mayor CVC con 1,00, seguidos con un 0,99 las preguntas 4 y 11. Las observaciones de los expertos incluyó eliminar algunas opciones de respuesta (pregunta 2, 8, 10) mejorar la estructura en la pregunta o las respuestas (3, 4, 6, 7) o dejarla como se encontraba inicialmente (1, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 y 14).
