| Summary: | This monograph endeavors to establish the relationship between the level of uncertainty and the level of caregiver overload in caregivers of family members with a chronic disease in Bogotá. For this purpose, a descriptive - quantitative was used correlational design method. The sociodemographic data were collected in conjunction with Mishel's Uncertainty Scale and Zarit's overload Scale. The surveys were conducted both in person and virtually, accompanied by informed consent.
