Summary: | The constant process of innovation in a given territory is influenced by various factors such as growth, productivity and, of course, competitiveness, which seek to potentiate the social, cultural and economic product in order to strengthen its capacity to create knowledge. Therefore, this work focuses its study on the identification of those factors that condition this process in the city of Neiva, carrying out a series of analysis of systems and aspects that are directly or indirectly involved and implementing the projective and spatial character of Architecture as a response to a series of problems encountered. The project is made up of four chapters, where chapter I corresponds to the research project formulation stage, in which the problem statement, the research question with its respective objectives and systematization are framed. In chapter II, we proceed to register the methodological conditions and obtain the necessary information for the development and complement of the degree work, the type of research to which it corresponds, the methods or instruments that were used for analysis and understanding are established. of plans and other graphics and images made. Chapter III corresponds to the theoretical framework in which the different frameworks that make it up are reflected, among these are the theoretical background, theoretical bases, research background, conceptual framework, historical framework, legal framework, operational framework and referential framework. |
