This article will allow us to visualize the professional profile that accountants play within society, in turn we will learn about professional development and the sense of belonging they have for their career, as well as identify the different work fields that professionals currently perform. For the development of this article, a qualitative and quantitative research was carried out, in which the relationship between their professional training and their job performance was analyzed, inquiring if they consider that the training received by the university has allowed them Act as full professionals and additionally, the aim is to identify the difficulties that graduates present when starting their working life, contributing to the university with the findings that allow them to control their graduates.

Este articulo permitirá visualizar el perfil profesional que desempeñan los contadores dentro de la sociedad, a su vez conoceremos el desarrollo profesional y el sentido de pertenencia que tienen por la carrera, así mismo identificaremos los diferentes campos laborales qué desempeñan actualmente los profesionales. Para el desarrollo de este artículo se realizó una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, en la cual se analizara la relación que existente entre su formación profesional y su desempeño laboral, indagando a los mismos si consideran que la formación recibida por parte de la universidad les ha permitido desempeñarse como profesionales íntegros y adicionalmente se pretende identificar que uso le dan los egresados a la información financiera en su vida laboral, aportando a la universidad los hallazgos obtenidos, que permitan llevar un control de lo que opinan sus egresados para así contribuir
