Summary:The purpose of this project was to design the documentation of the Quality Management System for the company Comercializadora Servicentro S.A.S. It began with the definition of the instrument that would allow a self-assessment of the current state of the company against the requirements defined in each of the chapters of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 standard, once the information in the checklist had been collected, The results were analyzed in order to define the type and quantity of documents necessary to comply with the provisions of the standard, followed by this activity and based on the context of the organization, the interested parties, the risks were identified and assessed and opportunities for the company, as a third activity, the documentation required by the standard and that necessary for the good performance of the QMS is designed.
