Summary:This project was carried out in order to provide the company with specific Argos the best option for redesign of the pneumatic network of line 305, and in this way be able to contribute to the energy improvement of said system, the purpose of this project is to eliminate leaks and increase the efficiency of the analyzed system. This initiative has since the entire production plant seeks to have the greatest possible savings and for this the different systems must be working efficiently, in this case the pneumatic system is revised which presents a series of problems that can leak to damage of larger components prematurely. For the development, the recognition of the system and its components is carried out, in this way the specific need of the system can be understood first hand, the interview with the maintenance planning area is carried out, which helps us to have greater clarity of expectations In the face of this project, we then continue investigating possible improvement options to present to the company, finding the most viable option given the current need for this system. obtaining as a result the poor selection of pipes, hoses, shortcomings in the marking of tables and poor preparation of compressed air. Technical recommendations are provided to improve the previously mentioned points, with the specific selection of elements that will provide the expected performance for the company.
