Implementaciòn de la Gestiòn Documental de las Medianas Empresas del sector servicios de la Ciudad de Neiva Huila

This project was carried out with the objective of knowing how the document management process has been carried out in medium-sized companies in the service sector of the city of Neiva Huila, complying with the regulations that govern Law 594 of 2000 ¨ General Law of Archives¨ whose purpose is to regulate the archival function of the State, for the planning, management and organization of documentation, as a fundamental pillar in companies, either electronically or physically, either on its own or through a company that provides this service, bringing great benefits when it comes to digitizing all the information in documents and files that are held, in order to help the company to improve its processes saving time, space and important costs, providing security and control of this information, in order to be certain that it is protected, guaranteeing its correct conservation without running any risk of permanent loss
