Summary:Ricuras de mi costa is a family business founded in 1998 in the city of Santa Marta, which is the manufacture and marketing of typical sweets; operates in a three-story house in an area of 45 square meters in the urban area of Santa Marta; The production area is located on the third floor, the packaging area is on the second floor and the sales area is on the first floor. The company has 10 employees divided into the three areas. The necessary capital for the realization and implementation of this project will be obtained from the profits collected in the current account of the company in the last 4 years, in case it is not enough, a credit is made with a financial entity. This short-term business plan will serve as a guide to improve the direction of the company, its document management, increase production, improve product quality, as well as implement and delegate new functions for the benefit of the company. The market opportunity for the company is wide, since there is no marketing factory in the region that allows customers to enjoy natural sweets based on fruits with an artisanal technique, fresh and good quality products in a pleasant environment and easy access for the public, also does not generate direct competition in the city of Santa Marta DTHC.
