Summary:It is undeniable that carrying out a feasibility and sustainability study is of great importance to carry out analyzes which will contribute to decision-making and the viability of a project. Research studies and evaluation of alternatives on maintenance and rehabilitation of tertiary roads allow a use of resources and materials that reduce costs, which achieves an economic, social and environmental measure. Solutions are proposed that allow to favor the sustainable development of a region, the alternatives that are proposed must be adjusted to give the best solution and conditions to the need and the proposed road infrastructure. Access to a tourist¿ viewpoint in the municipality of Cerinza Boyacá is somewhat tedious and promotes a bad image for the tourist viewpoint, five different paving alternatives are presented, where a small description of each one is made as well as their advantages and disadvantages which give a More information on the best alternative, in terms of the technical part, structural designs and unit price analyzes are carried out, it is also important to include the community in the project, which is why a survey is necessary to know the opinion of the municipality. Having the necessary information on each alternative, a prioritization is proposed to determine which of the five alternatives presents a better image to be executed in the project, a weighting of three categories is carried out: durability, economic, social and environmental and finally sustainability, to each category are attributed some percentages which are based on the aforementioned techniques, in this way you can conclude which of the five alternatives is the best for the project.
