Also contributes to increase the efficiency and make more competitive the enterprise through the cost reduction and better quality. The article is maked in five steps that shall be involve in sequential order: 1-forecasting and/or demand, 2-delivery resource planning DRP, 3-master planning schedule MPS, 4-material requirement planning MRP and 5- capacity requirement planning CRP.El propósito de este artículo es mostrar en forma descriptiva la administración de organización, recursos y secuencia de los diferentes procesos de planeación en una empresa de manufactura y su implementación en un sistema de información ERP (Planeación de recursos empresariales), para mejorar y controlar toda la planeación, programación y ejecución en un sistema de manufactura. También desea contribuir a incrementar la eficiencia y hacer más competitiva la empresa a través de la reducción de costos y mejor calidad.
