Summary:This objective focuses on evaluating the articulations of the national system of science, technology and innovation SNCTI, with the intention of generating awareness of the need for the service and commerce sectors to be part of this entity, to lead them to improve their results. and increase your productivity. The methodology was based on the review of secondary sources of information, obtaining primary data through a survey with a sample and form design, and interviews with companies in the service and commerce sector, which interacted with the actors of the national system of science, technology and technology. ASNCTI innovation in a systematic way. These results show that there is a low level of interaction between the service and commerce sectors with the actors of the SNCTI to have an open social approach. All these efforts are aimed at innovation, which is a fundamental part of today, so that companies do not go down in history in a transitional context where technology undergoes important changes every day by leaps and bounds. These changes can generate a positive impact on the service and commerce sectors, increasing resources and generating a stimulus to improve their interaction with the actors. The recommendation is that companies take the step to innovate, be potentially innovative and generate awareness of innovation, with the help of the SNCTI in a more socially open way in organizations, in context with the concepts of innovation, sustainability, environment, development, technology, supported by practical theoretical development when taking this step that will be crucial for their companies in the sector with the systematization that must play a fundamental role with the formation of human capital and the adequate allocation of economic resources. 78 Keywords: Science, technology, innov
