The analysis is based on fieldwork-based on participant observation, ethnographic interviews, and a specific survey conducted in 2018. Throughout the paper, the various ways in which the participation of women in collective decision-making bodies that have a significant impact on their habitat through self-management are highlighted. We conclude that this process enables tendencies of delocalization as part of the resignation of daily life and associated with a value of the collective and the “common”.En este artículo indagamos en las prácticas autogestionarias de producción del hábitat a la luz de los cambios producidos en la vida de las mujeres. Para ello recuperamos la experiencia de las cooperativas La Fábrica y El Molino, del Movimiento de Ocupantes e Inquilinos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. El análisis se sostiene en un trabajo de campo que se nutre de observación participante, entrevistas etnográficas y una encuesta específica realizada en 2018. A lo largo del escrito, se ponen de relieve los diversos modos en que la participación de las mujeres en instancias colectivas de toma de decisiones significativas sobre su hábitat a través de la autogestión, incide en las subjetividades.
