| Summary: | Starting from the regional strategy of Valle del Cauca, where the government detects initiatives of interesting enterprises, among them the Viche drink, it is given the importance as a traditional or indigenous drink of the Afro-Colombian population of the Pacific (Gubernation del Valle del Cauca, 2019).
