The main objective is to design a diversification strategy based on recyclable material from the company A&Y Confections. The main advantage of the project lies in the reduction of costs since this will be carried out using recyclable material. The second advantage lies in the designs offered since exclusive models will be implemented for customers. It is important to clarify that companies do not have the guidelines for business awareness directed to the environment for the proper management of company waste. By generating so much waste, it is determined that the raw material is not used correctly, therefore, penalties for the company are possible. It is important to carry out a correct disposal of these wastes, in no way doing this is aggressively damaging to the environment since these fabrics do not have a correct production cycle or a circular economy in these textiles.La empresa A&Y Confecciones, es una empresa ubicada en Bogotá dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de varias líneas de negocio, en las cuales se encuentran pantalones, blusas, leguins, gabanes, batas e incluso uniformes para instituciones de educación. El objetivo principal es diseñar una estrategia de diversificación a partir del material reciclable de la empresa A&Y Confecciones. La ventaja principal del proyecto radica en la reducción de los costos, porque esta se realizará a través de material reciclable. La segunda ventaja radica en los diseños ofrecidos puesto que, se implementarán modelos exclusivos para los clientes. Es importante aclarar que la empresa no cuenta con los lineamientos de conciencia empresarial dirigidas al medio ambiente para el manejo adecuado de los residuos de la compañía. Al generar tantos desechos se determina que la materia prima no es aprovechada correctamente, lo cual genera posibles sanciones para la empresa.
