As mentioned with the above, an investigation of some aspects of gastronomic tourism is carried out to complement it through mobile architecture as a transformable mobile prototype that adapts to space and needs, which can be dismantled and transported as in the ephemeral architecture, as is the method. Make franchise models in recognition of the typical dishes of the region that address an importance of identity in our country.

Make franchise models in recognition of the typical dishes of the region that address an importance of identity in our country.En el siguiente trabajo se reconoce el potencial de las comidas típicas, pero también la falta de potencializar el turismo gastronómico para que se pueda fomentar los productos de origen del departamento de Huila, en el cual los modelos de franquicias de comidas rápidas han hecho disminuir la oportunidad del valor de las comidas autóctonas.
