Recuperado de: https://www.cna.gov.co/1741/articles186359_pregrado_2013.pdfPropiaIn the first place, the Law Program of the Duitama campus of the Antonio University Nariño, through Accreditation, intends to guide the guidelines of the program, based on the adoption and development of policies granted by the State, as well as in the principle of autonomy of educational centers superior described in Article 69 of the Political Constitution, in the needs of the region and in the role that, day after day, I work the exercise of law at the international level, all this seeking to promote the creation of networks of knowledge, research and scientific production, the university relationship and training professionals capable of assume legal positions in different conditions. To accomplish this complex, broad and brilliant goal, you must follow a series of criteria indicated in various regulations issued by the National System of Accreditation of Higher Institutions, whose purpose is to guarantee society that the institutions meet the highest quality standards, together with the assistance from the National Council of Higher Education (CESU) and the Institute Colombian for the Promotion of Higher Education (Icfes). The Faculty of Law of the Universidad Antonio Nariño Sede Duitama, opened its doors to carry out my professional preparation, also, it allowed me to take part from your Accreditation office by giving me the opportunity to do the internship there, the which allowed me to contribute to the development of bringing this program to its accreditation. The knowledge acquired from the institution was the starting point for develop this work; experience that is evidenced through a process of learning and contribution in each activity and document that I carry out, both for me and for the work team; performing different tasks and actions that they put my abilities to the test and will be evidenced in the next report.En primer lugar, el Programa de Derecho de la sede Duitama de la Universidad Antonio Nariño, a través de Acreditación, pretende orientar los lineamientos del programa, basándose en la adopción y el desarrollo de políticas otorgadas por los órganos Estatales, así como en el principio de la autonomía de los centros de educación superior descrito en el artículo 69 de la Constitución Política, en las necesidades de la región y en el rol que, día tras día, trabajo el ejercicio del derecho a nivel internacional, todo esto buscando potenciar la creación de redes de conocimiento, investigación y producción científica, la relación universidad y formando profesionales capaces de asumir posturas jurídicas en diferentes condiciones. Para llevar a cabo este complejo, amplio y brillante objetivo, debe seguir una serie de criterios señalados en varias normatividades emitidas por el Sistema Nacional de Acreditación de las Instituciones Superiores, cuya finalidad es garantizar a la sociedad que las instituciones cumplan los más altos estándares de calidad, ello junto con la asistencia del Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior (CESU) y el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior (Icfes). La Facultad de Derecho, de la Universidad Antonio Nariño Sede Duitama, me abrió sus puertas para realizar mi preparación profesional, igualmente, me permitió hacer parte de su oficina de Acreditación al brindarme la oportunidad de realizar la pasantía allí, el cual me permitió contribuir en el desarrollo de llevar a este programa a su acreditación. Los conocimientos adquiridos a partir de la institución fueron punto de partida para desarrollar esta labor; experiencia que se evidencia a través de un proceso de aprendizaje y aporte en cada actividad y documento que realice, tanto para mí como para el equipo de trabajo;
