| Summary: | This paper is a descriptive research based on the improvement of inventory management for the company ALTIPAL SAS by applying ICT tools. For the research project, a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) was applied. On the other hand, different engineering tools adjusted to the specific needs of the company were applied, which involved a review of the current process throughout the inventory management of the company ALTIPAL SAS; as well as policies, storage processes, and available resources.
