Summary: | Nowadays, one of the most significant problems in Colombia and worldwide is the inadequate management of construction and demolition taste (CDW), causen soil, water and air pollution, as well as affecting natural resources. This monograph reviews the state of the art, regulations, circular economy, CDW management, in order to provide an analysis of the importance of selective sorting and the major problems that arise when these wastes are found in different environments, altering the environment. This research project presents alternative models and designs for the use of CDW, seeking to encourage good practices from the beginning of a construction project. It is important to take into account that the use of technologies such as building information modeling (BIM) positively benefits the environment and its surroundings, since this program reduces construction and demolition waste and takes advantage of the waste generated in the same. |
